Since leaving the Police, Paul has successfully completed a NEBOSH General Certificate with credit in July 2012 and has also attained a further CIEH Level 3 Risk Assessment qualification.
Company Director, Paul Johnson’s final role as a police officer was in the Operations Planning Department where he was responsible for the development and planning of Public Order Training, Method of Entry Training, and Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Training.

As part of his role he gained expertise in writing bespoke risk assessments for both operations and training events.

Coupled with this he was involved in the planning of all the major public order operations within the County over the last 10 years or so. These included Anti-War Protests, Fuel Disputes, Royal Ascot at York, Climate Change Camps and Student Demonstrations to name but a few.

He also wrote a number of contingency plans dealing with Prison Officer Disputes, Flu Epidemics, Fuel Shortages and Industrial  Disputes.
